Order Processing and Shipping Policies
All orders are processed before 11 AM CST. It’s important to note that if your order is placed after 11 AM CST, it will be processed the next day. If additional processing time is needed, our Customer Service team will reach out to you regarding any delays.
Please note that the day your order is packed and shipped does not count as a transit day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please take non-business days into account when selecting your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and you have received the shipping guide email. This email is sent automatically once your order is processed. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not find it in your inbox.
Although our logistics team does their best, there may still be errors beyond their control that could cause delays in shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies and/or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
