Exchanges

Exchanges apply to items purchased both in-store and online, as long as you have the original receipt and order number. 

Only items in perfect condition will be accepted for exchange. The item must be new and still have its original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item has been washed, is missing tags, or has stains from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or any other type of stain, etc.

Exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it does not comply with our policies.

Anecdote Apparel reserves the right to deny a return or exchange to customers who excessively use the exchange/return service.

No exchanges are allowed on accessories, final sale items, or discounted items. An item is considered final sale if it has a discount of 50% or more.

Returns

Returns are issued as store credit, which can be used within 6 months from the date of your return.

To process a return, you must have the original receipt and order number.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns and can only be redeemed for items in-store or online.
