Size Guide
Size Guide
Measure yourself with a sewing or fabric measuring tape without any clothes on expect your underwear. Stand up straight and relaxed with your arms on your side. For the best results, take each measurement at least twice to ensure accuracy. If they’re close, use the average; if they differ significantly, take a third measurement.
Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight. We suggest you take a deep breath to ensure there’s enough room for movement, but don’t puff your chest out too much. Keep it natural.
Waist: Find your natural waistline by bending side to side. The crease that forms is where your waist is located. Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: The hip area can be tricky because it can change based on how you stand. It’s best to stand naturally, not with your hips shifted forward or back. Stand with your feet together and your weight evenly distributed on both feet, measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below your waist (this is generally where your hips curve out the most).
